Royal Brothers in association with our title sponsor Moto Business Service India (MBSI) brings you another edition of the #RBforWomen riding training experience. A fun filled day with a unique opportunity to get introduced to various motorcycles, feel the pulse of the engines, get personalized time with professional trainers and learn the basics of MOTORCYCLING.
Note: Motorcycles for professional training along with helmets and proper safety gears will be provided by us.
1. General Conditions
- Participants must be between 18 and 45 years of age at the time of registration.
- Participants must carry their valid ID proof.
- Participants must arrive at the location 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
- Submission of a signed consent form shared via WhatsApp is mandatory for participation in the training session.
- Only participants who provide a signed consent form will be permitted to attend the training session.
- Recommended Attire - Full-sleeve T-Shirts, Jeans/Trousers, Sports/Riding shoes, Jackets (Not Mandatory).
- Shorts, slippers, crocs and excessive jewelry is not allowed purely for safety concerns.
- Participants may carry additional snacks and water if required.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue layout, or activities without prior notice.
- Entry may be refused in case of non-compliance with event rules and safety guidelines.
- The organizer's decision in all matters related to ticketing and participation shall be final and binding.
2. Ticket Purchase
- All tickets must be purchased through the official booking platform or authorized partners only.
- Tickets are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS.
- Each ticket is valid for one person only and is non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if the ticket is found to be duplicated, tampered with, or purchased from unauthorized sources.
- Tickets once booked cannot be resold for commercial purposes.
3. Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases are final.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of personal plans, travel delays, medical reasons, or weather conditions.
- In case the event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the organizer's discretion and within a defined timeline.
- Convenience fees, processing charges, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
4. No Change of Time Slots
- Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected at the time of booking.
- No rescheduling, time-slot changes, or date modifications will be permitted once the booking is confirmed.
- Late entry may not be accommodated depending on event schedule and operational constraints.
