June 21 is the only day in the year when the world simultaneously celebrates World Motorcycle Day, World Music Day, and the International Day of Yoga. We built an entire weekend around that convergence. Two days that move between movement and stillness, speed and silence, effort and ease.

Royal Brothers, in association with Vital Roots, brings you India's first biking and wellness retreat — a weekend where the ride is just the beginning. You leave Bangalore before the city wakes up, ride out with a full gear check and sweeper vehicle support, and arrive at Kilukka Farms, where the real experience begins. Farm walks across the land, a rider's yoga session built from scratch (think The Handlebar, The Piston, The Throttle, The Open Road), a live music experience unlike anything you've done before, a BBQ around a fire, and a closing circle people talk about long after they head home.

Who is this for?
Riders who own their bike and know what it means to own it. Anyone with a valid riding licence and the curiosity to spend a weekend with others who understand exactly why you ride. Zero yoga experience required — just bring an open mind.

1. Registration & Payment
- Participation will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- The registration fee includes accommodation at Kilukka Farms, meals, and access to all retreat sessions and activities.
- All participants are required to carry a valid driving/riding licence along with a government-issued photo ID.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the retreat commencement date shall be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the retreat date shall be non-refundable. However, subject to availability and approval, efforts may be made to transfer the booking to a future retreat.
- Participants may nominate a replacement attendee at no additional cost, subject to prior approval by the organisers.
- In the event the retreat is cancelled by the organisers for reasons within their control, a full refund shall be processed within 10 working days.
3. Health & Fitness Declaration
- By registering, participants confirm that they are medically fit and capable of participating in all retreat-related activities.
- Any pre-existing medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or health concern must be disclosed at the time of registration.
- Participants are required to declare any dietary restrictions or allergies during registration.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- The organisers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or replace activities and itinerary elements due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Photography & Media Consent
- Photographs and videos may be captured during the retreat for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by the organising team.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify the organisers in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
6. Confidentiality & Respect for Shared Experiences
- Personal experiences, discussions, and stories shared by participants during the retreat shall be treated as private and confidential.
- Participants are expected to maintain discretion and respect the privacy of fellow attendees.
7. Substance-Free Environment
- This retreat maintains a strict substance-free policy.
- Consumption, possession, or use of recreational drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the retreat and on the premises.
8. Inclusivity & Non-Discrimination
- The retreat welcomes participants of all genders, backgrounds, and identities.
- Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
9. Participant Conduct & Consent
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow riders, facilitators, organisers, and staff members at all times.
- Personal boundaries, consent, and individual comfort levels must be respected throughout the retreat.
- Participation in activities is voluntary and shall not be forced upon any attendee.
- Any behaviour deemed abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or unsafe may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Participation in the retreat is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
- Royal Brothers and Vital Roots shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or damage except in cases arising directly due to proven negligence.
- Participants are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings throughout the retreat.
